 Memorial Human Rights Centre On May 21, 2012 cases of an administrative offence in relation to the detained persons on May 19 in front of the Kirovskiy district police department were considered at the Kirovskiy magistrate’s court in Makhachkala, Dagestan. For updated information, nine people were detained. The defendants were: Myamma Ramazanov, Shamil Gaparov, Azdar Vagabov, Artem Alkhasov, Magomed Ichalov, Zakir Salikhov, Salim Mirzabekov, Hiramagomed Magomedov and Shamil Abdurazakov.
