On March 14, 2012, the representatives of the HRC “Memorial” in Nazran city, Republic of Ingushetia, were contacted by Roiza Dolakova, janitor of the areas of compact settlement “Detskyi Sad” and “Ryabinka” located on the former kindergarten territories in the town of Karabulak, Ingushetia. There are 300 forced migrants (or 70 families) from the Republic of North-Ossetia-Alania and the Chechen Republic.
