Ingushetia: Zechoev's Relatives Want to Hold Law Enforcement Officers Accountable for Kidnapping their Son

On April 1, 2012, the relatives, colleagues and friends of Abubakar Isaevich Zechoev, born in 1978, addressed a written request to the current President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, the incumbent President Vladimir Putin, as well as the head of the Republic of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov.
