 Memorial Human Rights Centre On June 11, 2012 in the Sunzhenskiy district of the Republic of Ingushetia (RI) in unexplained circumstances three residents of Arshty village Bai-Ali Dzhamarzaevich Makhauri, born in 1982, Bekkhan Shamsudinovich Zhukalaev (from other sources - Dzhukalaev), born in 1985, and Islam Vakhaevich Bazgiev, born in 1990, disappeared. According to Lom-Ali, brother of Makhauri, Bai-Ali in his green vehicle VAZ-21099 went to relatives to the Berd-Yurt village to help with the construction of the fence. He was accompanied by Bekkhan Zhukalaev and Islam Bazgiev. In the evening they were returning home. As it became known to the relatives, between the settlements of Berd-Yurt and Arshty (the distance between the villages is about seven or eight kilometers) the car, in which the young people were going, was stopped by unidentified men in camouflage uniforms.
