The court hearing of Igor Kochetkov and Sergey Kondrashov's cases, detained on April 7 and charged with "propaganda of homosexuality" and resisting police ended in the hearing being again postponed. Just as a week ago, Judge Azizova did not ruled on any of the charges. She has practically refused to consider the charge of propaganda saying she had "no evidence". Police officer Afanisiev, the one who detained both Sergey and Igor, claimed that he considered Igor's call for the hate crimes against lesbians and gays to be investigated to be propaganda of homosexuality. The other witness from the police could not be present in the court as he is receiving ambulatory medical care at the moment. Thus the hearing is postponed till next Monday, April 23. [Read more
